The test is a best of three match. If the participant quits at any time during the test, uses a banned deck, he or she is given automatic Lightning Green(Lowest dorm).

The following are allowed to test a testee:

1) An Administrator (in the absence of a Moderator or Tester).
2) A Moderator (in the absence of a Tester).
3) A Tester

Important Instructions pertaining to the testing:

1) Banned Decks (These decks should not be used in any official Testing, by either the Testee OR Tester, under any circumstances.)-

-Alternate Win condition (Exodia).
-Mill/Deck-out tactics.
-Burn
-Stall
-Troll
-OTK oriented decks.

(Tier 1 decks allowed for both Testers and Testees.)

2) Testers must also write DETAILED descriptions of what they think would help the Testee. Do NOT just say, "Oh, I think you shouldn't play this and that." Tell them why and what they should do in order to improve their decks and playing styles.

3) As mentioned before, if the participant quits at any time during the test, they are automatically put in the lowest dorm. Keep in mind that this also includes Disconnections. Therefore, before taking a test, please check whether you have proper connections or not. You may take a retest for 200 DP or wait 2 weeks for a new one for free.

Ruling Quiz: ?/20

The Testee should take this quiz to advance into the Dueling test:

Results of the Duel: ?/15

1-2 = 5/15
2-1 = 10/15
2-0 = 15/15

Control of the Duel: ?/20
Did the Testee have a solid field state and manage to control the field on not only your side of the field but his/her side of the field as well? Did the Testee make any plays that gave them the advantage? Did they make any plays that  interrupted your plays/combos?

Main Deck Building: ?/10
Do the cards in the deck play well together? Does each of the cards contribute to the overall goal of the deck? Is it a 40 card deck, if not, can the Testee make it 40 cards? Do the cards in the deck work for the current format? Do the cards in the deck help achieve field control? (Please note: Use these as a guide, because everyone's opinion varies.)

Side deck building/Siding: ?/10
Are the side cards effective in countering specific decks? More importantly, do they give what the main deck lacks?Did the Testee side in and out cards that worked well with the deck, and against yours? Which cards should they not use in their side deck and which card should they use? Do these cards work well against the current format?

Extra Deck: ?/10
Does the extra deck include cards that are useful for each situation? Is it just a bunch of cards thrown together? Do these cards match up well against current meta decks?

Concentration: ?/5
2 marks will be deducted for each mistake. This is where points are taken if the Testee had to "take anything back" or was in some other way distracted from what was happening. This includes miss-clicks.

Misplays: ?/5
This is NOT miss-clicks. LEGAL activation of cards or effects that have no effect on the game are included here. Example: if the Testee activates Compulsory Evacuation Device targeting Priestess of Prophecy whilst the player still has 3 Spellbook spell cards in hand. -2 will be deducted for each misplay.

Sportsmanship: ?/5
What was the Testees' attitude throughout the duel? Were they polite? (Please Note: The Testee's MUST be given 0 points in this category if they rage quit!)

Total Score: ?/100

Lightning Green: 0-58

Stream Blue: 59-89

Reactant Black: 90-100

Entry into Burner Red will only be given if the Testee acquires a score of 98/100 or 100/100. Or have acquired  a score of at least 95/100 after a retest.

Congratulations!
You made it to: [Dorm name].

I think that the original one is fine, just add the banned decks and rules to the first rubric and that'll be fine.
